Shipping Instruction
For ship to address, we cannot ship your order to PO Box. Shipping charges are calculated at time order is reviewed, and we will add your shipping charges to your accepted order. We will ship order(s) base on your payment method(s).
All items are shipped via UPS Ground, with ground service as our default shipping method. If motor freight is necessary and/or more economical, we will notify you and ship the product(s) the best possible way.
You are responsible for filing all shortage and damage claims. Therefore, make sure to inspect all shipments upon arrival. You should have the exact number of cartons, which the driver has signed for, and is stated on Bill Lading. We will not be held responsible for any claims on shipping damages, or damages during transit service time. Note that shipping / transit times may vary from service provider, particularly during peak periods.
Payment Instruction
By submitting an order, you agree to purchased the item(s) selected. In the rare circumstance where the product is no longer available, we will notify you to select an alternative or refund your account.
Payment with credit card, your card will be charged upon shipment. Payment with cashier's check or money order must be received within 5-7 business days of the order was placed, and product will be shipped after payment is received and cleared.

All products are warranted to the customer against defects in manufacturing and workmanship for 60 days from date of purchase. We will repair or replace any defective merchandise under this warranty when it is returned to our factory, freight prepaid, with prior 'return merchandise authorization'.
RETURN: To ensure that your return is processed correctly and that you are properly credited, please follow the instructions below.
All returns for unwanted merchandise are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. In order for credit to be issued merchandise must be returned in saleable condition. Original freight costs are not refundable.
All requests for Return Merchandise Authorization form must be requested within 5-7 days of purchase. Return the complete filled in RMA form, with RMA # written on the original packing list and on the outside of the shipping carton. All items that are received without a valid RMA # and not in the original packing will be refused.
We will remedy the mistake of wrong product shipped with the correct product. However, in the rare circumstance where the product is no longer available, we will notify you to select an alternative or refund your account.
Refund policy
Refund will only be issued under the terms of our return policy, or if product item is no longer available. Refund disputes beyond the scope of our terms of return policy will not be accepted.
